For Your Information

The balance due for your visit is to be paid upon your arrival. The managers will pick it up sometime on the first day of your stay. The cash cleaning fee of $50 is due at this time also. Please place the balance due for the cabin and the cash cleaning fee in the envelope provided.

...A large trash can has been placed outside of your cabin for your use if needed.

...For guests who have rented a cabin with a wood burning fireplace, a stack of firewood and kindling will be on your porch upon your arrival. If you require additional firewood, it can be purchased for $10 a bundle or you can bring your own wood if you would like. (Please contact us at 928-333-2000 if you need more wood and we'll take care of it for you!)

~~ A charcoal grill is available at each cabin ~ charcoal not provided~~

...Please note that the hot tubs located at the Overlook and Riverview cabins are not available for use by guests staying in the Angler, Brookside, Cowboy and Heritage. Thank you for your cooperation.

...Guests are responsible monetarily for any broken items and/or damage to the cabin and/or surroundings.


Upon your departure it would be appreciated if you would turn the heat down to 60 degrees, turn off the gas fireplace (or extinguish the fire in the wood burning fireplace) & also turn off all the lights. Please make sure the coffee pot is unplugged, the stove & oven are turned off and all the doors are locked. Please leave the cabin key on the table upon your departure.
