Harold & Ruth Blakeslee
- Our managers

- Ruth and Harold Blakeslee came out of retirement in 2001 when they moved across country to Arizona to become caretakers at a ranch in Eagar. The Blakeslees owned and operated a bed and breakfast in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania prior to coming out west.
- Not long after their arrival, Ruth and Harold opened a bed and breakfast, White Mountain Escape, on a 300-acre ranch on a hillside overlooking the Apache National Forest in Eagar. Their bed and breakfast offers 3 guest rooms, a bountiful breakfast and gorgeous views into the mountains.
- Harold is a retiree from the Philidelphia Naval Ship Yard and Ruth retired from a New Jersey school district as a School Business Administrator after 30 years of service. They are proud parents of son Christopher, a podiatrist living at the shore in New Jersey with his wife Kristi and a daughter, Aimee, now residing in Chicago with her husband and two adorable daughters, Skye and Ava. Ruth and Harold are true animal lovers and have horses on the ranch as well as Luke (the dog), Cassie (the cat) and Pepper, their30-year old African Gray Parrot.
- The Blakeslees became the new managers of The Ranch at South Fork in September of 2008 and are delighted to be employed in such beautiful surroundings and working for a bunch of great owners!
